How do I transfer a drive from a PC to another PC?
I just got a new PC and it only has 1 drive, and I want to put another

Well if it's already formatted for windows, you just plug it into a SATA data and SATA power cable in the new pc. If it's brand new and not formatted yet, it may not show up in "my computer" when you first install it. Don't panic! Just go into disk management in windows and format the drive, it will be good to go. Also, this is more obvious for some than others, but add the drive while the computer is off.

I'm a newbie at this sorry!
But, the disk doesnt have the windows system files, so do I still have to format it?

You shouldn't have to, should just work fine when you connect it

Thanks so much! Do I have to remove the static like you're supposed to do when you install ram?

I mean just touch the metal part of the case or something if you have heavy carpet, but otherwise not really. How much risk there is of static ruining your components is grossly blown out of proportion.
