How do I transfer only my OS from HDD to 250gb SSD?

I have no flash drive, no optical drive, and even if I did I don't have a blank disk to burn it to.

I want to install 1 or 2 games to my SSD, my OS, and depending if I have space left over possibly Sony Vegas. Is there any way to bring only my OS over? I have over 375gb of left over space in my 1tb HDD currently, so I do have quite a bit of stuff I want to leave.

You can't move 'only' the OS.

You have a 250GB SSD.
You have ~600GB stuff on the 1TB.
Obviously, this is an issue.

2 options:
1. Reduce the actual used space on your 1TB to below 200GB, and migrate it over to the SSD.
or
2. Clean install on the SSD.
