How do i turn off my computer in bios setup?
Is it safe to use the power button?

F10 to save any changes that have been made, otherwise just switch off the power button....will not harm anything.

Yes it's fine to power down in Bios long as you haven't changed any settings prior because they wont save.

Don't want to power down past post when Windows begins to load, there is a chance of corruption. Before then it is also ok to power down, ie bios splash screen.
