How do I turn off overclocking on my Asus Vivobook X415 laptop?
Is it possible that turbo-boost is enabled?
I have already turned off both hyper-threading and hardware acceleration.

Turbo boost is always enabled and is always limited by the rest of the system, cooling max power and so on.
