How do i turn on net fromework on windows 7

Hello,

I am attempting to install a messenger program form one of my distributors at work. The .net is installed and turned on but the program is asking for version 1.1.4322

you need a different version of .net framework than the one that is currently installed with Win 7. This link should point you in the right direction:
