How do I unblock myself from a shared wifi

I am on a shared wifi account that I pay into with my neighbor. When he gets home at 4:15pm, I cannot access the Internet until 10pm which is when I presume he goes to sleep. I believe he blocks my computer from using wifi during that time. How do I unblock myself? Also, he has the router in his apartment and I don't know what it is or even the service provider.

I teach online and the after work time period is key for me to be online to answer questions.

Sounds like you need to speak with your neighbor about this. Without having admin access to the router, not much you can do.
