How do I underclock cpu?

Looking to change settings of FSB and CPU to prevent games from blue screening or closing. CPU voltage is running at 1.368V Temperature 48*C 118*F. In BIOS it is set to 1.7V and max is 2.1V. FSB is running at 400 max-800. will show other specs if needed.
Unfortunately the last BIOS setting I had were lost which were (correct) and working.

Either lower the FSB or reduce the clock multiplier. But BSOD may be due to software issues. Have you run CCleaner lately?

you might be pushing the RAM too hard with the FSB like that...loosen RAM timings. it can be the surprising cause of the BSOD, not the voltages necessarily.

I disabled Intel speed steps and Turned the Ai to manual and it is working great. I'm up for any other suggestions to optimize Gaming (World of Tanks) whatever it may be, thanks.

you are only getting 1.23V on the DRAM which is low, most RAM operates at 1.45-1.5V minimum, some need 1.6V. set it to 1.5 in the BIOS manually.
