How do i undervolt my CPU ?

Hello, Everyone
I have a Intel i5 460 CPU And GA-B85m-D3H Motherboard, and i want to undervolt my CPU, to save it from over heating, but i cant find/Understand any option in the BIOS. Voltages are set as default to auto and nothing changes if i click on it, i mean it should prompt me to enter new voltage values, but nothing happens. So How can i Undervolt it?

Its the latest ne - F14

As its the Haswell CPU, at 37 % usage its tempreture is 60-65* with the stock cooler

Then just get a better cooler dude... Don`t push your cpu down for the sake of heat disruption...
