Ok first install the Windows to the SSD (MAKE SURE THE HDD IS NOT PLUGGED IN DURING THE INSTALL)

After you have windows 7 installed, shut the computer down and plug the HDD back into the mobo. Then boot and go to disk management. Click on the unpartitioned e drive or free space on the drive if you already partitioned it. This website should help with that.

Create a games file on your E: drive

When installing a game it will ask you where to store the game files. Instead of clicking next click browse.
Find and select the games folder on the E drive. The game will then install there.

Then you can run it from the E drive whenever you want (or a desktop shortcut)

This method will also work for other programs as well. Just make a different file for whatever program on the E drive.

There is a video on Linus tech tips on youtube that shows you this too.
