[SOLVED] How do I use this LED Strip

I recently found this what I assume is an LED strip and I want to use it but I don't know how.

It needs 12vdc on Red (+) and Black (-) leads. In a desktop computer you can use MOLEX plugs, Yellow is 12VDC + and a black one is negative.
