how do I wipe all of my drives

I've had many bugs and glitches on my PC since I built it a 1 1/2 years ago. I've decided that I would like to start fresh and wipe everything (including the OS). I have two 840 evo SSD's and 2 2tb hard drives. I still have my windows 8.1 key . . . would I be able to install that freshly and get windows 10?

Yes. Just do a fresh install of your Win8 on one of the drives and format it in the process, then install the other drives and format them as well. This is assuming there is nothing you want to keep on the drives, i.e. pictures, old documents etc. Update to Win10 and go on your merry way.

seems straightforward enough, but could you tell me how I do that or point me towards a tutorial that will show me that

Format your drives or load your Windows disc, act like your going to install windows, and at the part where you select your drive, select the drive you want to wipe and delete everything and all partitions. It will say Unallocated Space.
