In most cases you'd have to register the card with the maker to get the code(s).

if you mean the free games that comes with gtx 970, the shop where you bought it should give you the code.

email them. when i bought my gx 970 a year ago they forgot to give me the code.

Go to the manufacturer's website and register the product, in some cases you can get the codes from them, depending on who was offering the deal you were supposed to get.
