Does anyone know some ways that you could change the Refresh Rate of a Monitor while using a Linux Distribution that is based off of Ubuntu? I've tried using Xrandr, but no luck. The output stated, "Unable to detect Monitor. Failed to get the size of gamma for output default". I'm using a HDMI cable that connects from my Motherboard to my Monitor. So how you adjust the Refresh Rate using a Asus Monitor while using Linux? Any help would be useful, thanks for viewing this question.
