How do you contact an adminstrator or staff member for this website

I need to speak to an adminstrator or a staff members about my account please asap. I have browsed everywhere through the forum part of the tomshardware.com site and i cant find anyway to contact any staff member or adminstrator

which is interesting because when their was a temporary error with my account i was given a message on this site saying please contact an adminstrator to resolve this error

and yet i dont see any way to contact any moderator, any adminstrator, or staff member of this forum

why is there the option message of please contact adminstrator if there doesnt seem to be a way to do so
