How do you disable the slow performance message?

I have a gaming PC and i play a lot of games on it. All games i know i can run and get good FPS but when i play these games (BF4,Titanfall) in the middle of a game i get a little popup that takes me out of the game and a message shows up say that i might have slow performance blah blah. I always select that one that says never show this again but it continues to popup. How do i turn it off for good?
