How do you go about connecting 4 pin molex fans?

I have never built a computer, and I haven't found any tutorials where they used a 4 pin molex connecter.
Case does have 5 fans, will I need a adapter?

Depending on the power supply you buy, there's usually some molex connectors on them. You can connect the fans straight to those. If not you'll need to get some adaptors.

Normally, you connect the case fans to the fan headers on the motherboard. Then the bios controls the fan speeds to keep the components at the correct temperature range. Note that you don't have to connect/use all 5 fans. It depends on your components and if you're overclocking. You may only need 2 or 3 fans. If you buy a mobo with 2 case fans header, you'll connect one fan to the first header and 2 fans to the second header using a fan splitter cable.
