how do you monitor temp and fan speed from WinXP

Dear Soyo enthusiast;
I have a Soyo SY-KT600 DRAGON Plus V2.0.
One of the bios screens is great for watching the voltages, fan speeds,
and temperatures,
but how do you look at that from within Windows XP?
Do you know of any applications that will let me see this data?

Motherboard monitor is one of them - freeware
