How do you remove smart heap library mem bad handle?

How do you remove smart heap library mem bad handle? I just havent bee able to do anything at all I am so frustrated!!! It is a brand new machine aswell!

Normally caused by corrupt software install.

Did you install anything new, if so uninstall it.

If not, run msconfig and disabale items in startup until you find the offending app.
