If you're not a troll, you can simply see your frequency without any app just by opening Task manager in Windows 10, go to performance, CPU, can see the speed right there. And your current speed, regardless if it's turbo or not.

I found out how! Under Control panel just click System.

If so, this is just a description of the processor Windows has recognised, this isn't real time monitoring.
