how do you see whats eating your hard drive space??

i know i dont have a virus. computer works fine have never noticed anything suspicious but like i had 526gb today and i downloaded and 40mb program and now i have 523. i also play lots of games on here but havent had to update them in a while

I've had pretty good luck with windirstat also. It's a slim program, simple, no bloatware and gives a directory along with a visual comparison as it scans the drive so you have an idea if it's movies, photos, songs, etc that are the main culprit.
