How do you sell pc components

How would I sell for example a cpu on eBay or whatever. I honestly don’t really know what to do right now. Thanks for the help.

I’m currently trying to sell a i7 6700k right now and I’m not really sure how

Start by reading eBay's policies and requirements.

Look for other people selling CPU's. See how they describe and list their offerings. Look at the going prices.

If you are somewhere (school, work) where you are allowed to post "for sale" offerings. Try that.

If you do decide to go the ebay route, post as many pictures as possible, and dont hide anything like the serial numbers. They arent some private info, and should be make publicly available when you sell it.
Another tip, if you sell something for say 100 dollars, and it costs 10 to ship, post it as 110 with free shipping, it sells faster.
