How does an i7 875k OC'd to 4.1GHz compare to a 2017 processor?

I have an i7 875k overclocked to 4.1GHz and I'm wondering how that compares with processors in 2017?

With 4 cores and hyper threading, will this still be adequate for today's games with my GTX 1060 6gb?

Solution
You already have the maximum graphics card for your CPU without bottlenecking that means you're already hitting your maximum possible frame rate. My CPU runs bf1 at 115 up to 165 fps depending on what is going on in the game. I have a Core i7 4770k at 4ghz. The 8700k can do a little better but I am not sure how much better because I don't have one to test. Keep in mind that I am using a GTX 1080 ti.

There really isn't anything equivalent to your CPU today. Even the modern i3 beats it.
A Lot has changed Since Then
The Quality and the New Technologies and features Results in Your PC Components Getting Old Really Fast and if you campare yours with the New Gen CPU like 7700K
Clocked higher,
Increased memory bandwidth Supports AVX / AVX2 / F16C / FMA3 instructions,
Comes with Intel HD 630 graphics,
A bit lower power,

Thank you for the reply - very kind of you :)

I am kinda wondering how my PC rig currently stacks up against newer components and benchmarks etc.
Along with the i7 875k (4.1GHz) I have a GTX 1060 and 16gb DDR3 RAM (1600MHz).

It runs BF1 at 85-100 fps on high to ultra (1080p) which is great, so can't really complain - however I am a little worried at how long this PC will last me (?). I built it about 7 years ago and have only upgraded the RAM and the graphics card (as well as CPU cooler - Noctua NH-U14s).

So should I be able to stick with this setup for quite a few years yet for 1080p gaming with 80+fps?
What is the equivalent cpu to the i7 875k in 2017 (similar benchmarks)?
Will I need to look to get a new motherboard that supports DDR4 as well as a new CPU soon to keep up?
