My ASUS M5A97 R2.0 came with a program called AI SUIT II. Well it recently let me know that I had to update some bios firmware/software. I accepted it's suggestion but it never went anywhere with it's download. I decided to try and update it manually by going to the ASUS drivers page:

It told me to download some software which would enable me to download the drivers. I did and it worked. I got RAR files with single driver files in them. Thing is, they are not executable files, but rather, files I cannot read. How do I install the actual drivers?
