So i've noticed some stutters in open world games when loading big locations such as Astroneer,Fallout 4 and rdr2,i couldn't find the issue in my CPU,GPU or RAM,and i did a test of my ssd,it showed me around 540 read and only 90 on write, can this be the cause of these stutters?should i change my ssd?

Hey there,

The quick answer is that currently, SSD/HDD speeds don't have any impact on gaming FPS. On game loading times, that's a different story.
For game load times read speeds are important.

Windows 11 and Direct Storage can change some things though. With the GPU being able to directly communicate with the SSD (only SSDs). That might impact gaming if you have that set up.

List your full PC specs, including ram. Stuttering in game is typically either a lack of ram, weak CPU or some kind of throttling.

exactly, the stuttering is likely a lack of ram, either vram from the gpu or system ram. everything has to sit in ram to be used. if you have enough then the data is there when it is needed, if you don't have enough, then it has to be swapped around as needed causing temp lag/stuttering. large maps = large amounts of data needing large amounts of ram to handle it.

list the full system specs and we can help point you in the right direction. the games in question and settings you use also have a major impact.

but one thing for sure is the ssd is not the problem once it is loaded.
