Great build , but get rid of the SSD > Silicon Power S60 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive , bought 2 of these from newegg , one was DOA other died shortly after purchase.

Replaced with 2 of these:

The H5 Universal is what I used in my son's Black and White theme , and doesn't interfere with memory modules.

if you nitpick around you can offset the price enough to get gtx 1070. Not sure if it matters for you or not. For example this monitor ASUS VC279H Slim Bezel Black 27" on newegg is 159 and this LG 27MC37HQ-B Black 27" 5ms IPS for 179.

Also memory you can get this $84 G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 and so on with other parts till you have for gtx 1070.

So screen and ram is 30-40 bucks less right there, just something to keep in mind.
