Question How does this build project look

Hi guys, I'm building a fairly powerful pc in part for microsoft flight sim. Looking to keep the budget 1500-1700. Heres what I have so far:

i9-9900k
gigabyte z390 ultra
gigabyte geforce gtx 1070
corsair vengeance LPX 32gb
samsung 970evo 1tb
corsair rm series rm650 gold plus 650 watt
corsair ice H100i 240mm dual 120mm fans liquid cooled
corsair 275R airflow ate mid tower

Is there anything cheaper I can swap in that makes sense with out sacrificing performance? I'm hoping to get 30fps on ultra in slight sim 2020 with in this budget. does anyone have any opinions or advice? are things going to run too hot? or is any one particular component too powerful for the rest? anything at all would be awesome

Well when I don’t get responses which happens all the time I ask the same question in different places to get a wide range in opinion. I get what your saying but move along....

depends how much money you spent on it, but other than that, it's good

The Corsair H150i Pro can be outperformed by 280mm and even some 240mm models. If it were the Pro XT, it'd be a different story.
Other than that, the rest looks ok.
