How good are my specs??

I assembled an entry level gaming pc last week. Here are my specs.

1)Core i5 3.1ghz 3450 3rd gen
2)Gigabyte b75-md3h
3)Gskill ripjaws 4gb ram 1600mhz ddr3
4)500gb Wd hdd
5)Galaxy gt640 2gb
6)400w smps coolermaster thunder

Can anyone tell me how is it for gaming.I had a budget of 33000inr

The video card is pretty weak, but the cpu is strong. You should have spent less on the cpu, and more on the video card.
