Is it good enough for gaming?

I can run most of the games and don't have any crazy lag

No, it really isn't.

It is half as fast as a 750ti, which you can purchase used for very, very cheap.
Even the 750ti is considered very dated, and can only run new games with low settings.

Old games sure.

However new games, as greens said, its about 1/3 the speed of a GTX 750ti which is generally the minimum for most new games to run well.

Its not really made for or meant for gaming anyway.
