I am not asking for you to change anything. I just want to know how well games like minecraft,DayZ,Gmod, Advanced Warfare, and such games would run. Or if you can show me a build that will run those kind of games well. My budget is $500-550 i would appreciate it. Thank You guys.

I recommend swapping out that ram for something cheaper because ram is ram no matter how expensive: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/team-memory-tpd38g1600c1101 and that processor is proven to be total shit. Get this instead http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646g3258 (If you need a Mobo compatible with that, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-h81mp33 ) and the rest loos good

The processor is really weak and old. I'd recommend going with an fx series 8-core or an intel i3 or i5 (whichever is in your budget range). For the GPU, the 270 is decent, but a 270X or a 280 would be much better and would be able to play modern games further into the future than the 270 will be able to.
