is actually a good solid system. only thing i'd look at is a different motherboard. the newest chips need a bios update to run on the older h110 boards. unless you have a spare skylake cpu sitting around so you can fire it up and do the bios update, it's easier to pick a newer model that supports the chip out of the box.
it does add about $20 to the build for the cheapest b250 model i see on partpicker, but it'll save you a ton of grief if you don't have a skylake available to do the bios update. you can use a b250, h270 or z270 board for that new cpu.
if need be for budget concerns, drop the ssd for now and add it later on. it does not ass as much to the system as a working motherboard 😉
