Change that PSU for an XFX550w unit which is about 50 dollars. You could also go with a case that is a little bit cheaper and squeeze a GTX970 out of your budget.

Benchmarks are different from actual games. They are simulations. And just because it is on YouTube doesn't mean it can't be trusted. And if it wasn't trustworthy, why are there so many views, likes, and subscribers? There is a lot of fake stuff on the Internet, so does that mean that the website you used isn't trustworthy? And a lot of people don't want to overclock.
