How hot can my GTX 780TI be?

My newly bought GPU ( Gigabyte GTX 780TI, with stock cooler), are reaching up to 83C' when I'm gaming games like BF4. Is this temperature to high? or is this normal?

The maximum operating temperature is 95 degrees Centigrade, according to Nvidia's site. Most cards normally run at 70-80 under load but 83 is perfectly fine, you have nothing to worry about.
