Question how i can use just only a dell precision t1650 motherboard?

recently i got a dell presicion t1650 motherboard, just a motherboard.
in dell forums says, this mobo can works with a core i3 2120 and i got this ram

Few yers ago I was reading a lot of posts about connecting PSU from regular PC (ATX one) to DELL computers. As I remember you need to have some sort of adapter from 24pin ATX connector to DELL motherboard. Try to search for PSU pinouts schemes and compare it.
