in my country there are no hyper tx3 or asrock h97m pro4 or xfx power supply or fractal design cases...so this build doesnt work for me

Great build. Maybe bump up to a 970 if you can keep it in your budget. Also, definitely get a 1TB instead of 500GB HDD. The price difference is very small. That build will max out games at 1080p. Great build again.
