I am building my own gaming pc and will be buying this week. I built my own a few years ago that is now obsolete, so I want to build one with todays new technology. I need a new monitor but nothing crazy and I have access to an OS. See below and let me know what you would change. I am an Intel and Nvidia fan. Id like to stay below the 1600$ range.

Would be better. Lowered the price of a few things and got you a 980ti with the savings. Note that I lowered the RAM down to 8gb as you don't need more than that for gaming, and I removed the optical drive
