This is just my core components. I already have the peripherals and case, and I do not want to go up much with price at all.

This PC will mostly be playing casual games, and some competitive like SMITE, and battlefield. I do not need to run at ultra but high settings would be nice.

The CX is not a good psu. Poor capacitors with a high failure rate. Why a locked cpu on a z board? The HD4600(igpu) isn't going to game well.
