ODD is not needed.
Get a K suffix i7 and DDR4-3200MHz ram kits.

Your build looks awfully complicated, why couldn't you just provide the link/screenshot to your PCParPicker/Prebuilt build? On second thoughts, you should build the system yourself and forgo Syber.

Ok, nickel and dime your wallet to death.

Half of the stuff listed is already included, yet you pay extra for.

Don't need thermal paste, it's the same stuff that's already factory applied to the pump.
Don't need anti-vibration anything, already comes with the psu and fans.
Hdd acceleration? Really? And no SSD? it's using Intel Optane memory to boost as a cache drive, something any ssd less than 64Gb has been doing for years, it comes free as part of the motherboard bios and windows.
Sound card. Unless you are an audiophile with a need for such things for recording audio etc, plain motherboard HD audio is more than enough for a set of pc speakers and headphones.
DVD burner. Ok, if you need one, most ppl don't.
USB hub. There's plenty of USB jacks on the mobo/case, so only the card reader applies, got cameras that need cards read?
8Tb Hdd? Plan on burning every redbox DVD you watch and storing it on the pc? That a media center pc or gaming console?
32Gb of ram. For gaming, streaming, most anything most ppl will do will use @6-12Gb of ram at best. Only ppl into heavy production apps that have a real use for massive amounts of ram will use more than 16Gb. For gaming, 16Gb is slight overkill, but better to have slightly more than needed and not use it than not have it and need it. 32Gb is unnecessarily expensive.
Top of the line overclocking motherboard and a locked i7-8700 cpu. Save $110 by getting a good B/H mobo for a locked cpu, or bump the price for an i7-8700k, half measures at this level of pc are pointless.
Network adapter. You pay how much for a mobo that's got one of the best network adapters built in, including Wi-Fi ability and you spend extra for an add on card? And then even more for an add on Wi-Fi card?

Sorry, but that's a mess, really. It's good you thought of things you might need, but with some research you'd find you already have them.

Heres my favorite. Ultra enhanced packaging solution (+19). After spending this amount of cash, having a correctly packaged pc should be a given, you should not have to pay an extra (+19) for them to wrap it up safe for shipping. That's absolutely rediculous.

I got rid of the unnecessary stuff but I need an 8TB, sound stuff and the hub for my job.

Also are there any incompatibilities that would lead to trouble?
