PSU is not a good choice. Change for Antec, XFX, seasonic, EVGA (G2,B2,GS)

are you buy that 6970 new? If so, what are you paying fo rit because it is an OLD card.

im paying 79.99 or should i get the radeon r7 360 for the same price but i don't know if its better and also the motherboard is fm2/fm2+ which is what the cpu is

The 6970 is better but uses ALOT more power, so be aware of that.

That motherboard is pretty bad, but it should work. It will not really allow any overclocking though.

That PSU is OK, but not great. For a GPU like the 6970 (high power consumption) I'd recommend something better form what I listed above. That PSU will work if there are no other options.

Well do you know any website too see if this build can run can run Black Ops 3, Battlefront, and Gta V

There isn't really anything like that, but I can tell you it will run those games decently well. Expect Medium settings at 1080p in all those games. The GPU will be what is holding you back form playing at higher settings, but you can upgrade that later on.
