Hello, I was wondering what you guys thought of this computer build? What could I do to improve it and how can I save money? Keep in mind that I'm only 14 and have limited money, so suggestions shouldn't raise the price. (For the graphics card I want to get a GTX 1060)

Im guessing you were using teh 970 as a placeholder for the 1060, in which case, good.

Do strive to get an SSD, and also, W10:

Get this instead. Getting teh latest generation is teh way to go. Also, i've been able to add an SSD fo the same cash and you should get Windows 10.

Crossfire means running two AMD cards in tandem. Any single card from either AMD or NV will work with any board.

mATX or ATX is basically irrelevant for all meaningful intents and purposes. So it's mATX because they tend to be cheaper.

Does windows 10 make my computer faster? I am just curious because I have tried 10 and I am not a fan and am happy with my windows 8.1. Also, the SSD you have I have never heard of. Would it be better to just save the extra money for the Samsung SDD.

Yes, W10 is far better and mandatory if you game since DX12 is exclusive to it 😉
Rather than saving for a Samsung, i would save and get a larger SSD so you can fit some games to it aswell. Any SSD will improve your computing experience by miles, and capacity is more important. Also, teh Adatas are very good budget SSDs:

A lot, but best parts are that it divides jobs between CPU and GPU and is more efficient than previous versions. Also should provide standards for API s on Nvidia and AMD instead of the using Vulcan a and other standards exclusive to either make. May also make using two cards of different make and model. Problem is that game has also to confirm to Dx12 too and for now there are not many.

Alot. But that is not the point here. As games switch to DX12, you will not be able to play them at all unless you are on W10. And even those that will have the option of running in DX11 mode will perform worse because DX12 is mostly performance centric.

Game Halo worked on Vista only because of new DirectX on it, only much later somebody made patch to work on Dx9 but it was too late. Same thing may happen with new games working on Dx12 only.

It means it is fully DX12 compatible. You are free to ask as many questions as you wish, but regarding some your reach might exceed your grasp :)
