How it will improve my performance?

On this pc i cand play battlefield 4 with 20-25 fps / cs go 40-50fps
athlon 2 x2 250 3 ghz
radeon hd 6450 2 gb
4 gb ram
500 gb hdd

With my new GPU what fps and settings should I aspect?
New gpu R9 270 2 gb msi oc gaming
I knwo the Bottleneck is so big but...

Its hard to say really. What resolution are you playing at and if your turn all your settings down to lowest do you see a performance increase. Keep resolution the same though.

my max resolution is 1366x768.. Till now i played bf4 on 800x600 🙁 all settins turned to low or turned off.
I will be better with the r9?

yes. the 270 will be way better then that older gpu. i can do 1080p great, with great fps and high graphical settings. also if you're getting a new gpu, get a 1080p monitor. they are not very expensive (a good one cost about 100 bucks these days) and every GOOD gaming experience starts at 1080p.

Oh, I thought the 6450 performed better than it did apparently. Yes you should see a pretty massive performance increase. A shot in the dark taking a quick glance at benchmarks I'd estimate medium @ 1920 x 1080 or medium/high at 1366x768. Your cpu will hurt you a bit in multiplayer but it shouldn't be to huge of an issue.
