How long would you say an i5 7500 will last me without bottlenecking my GPU?

I'm planning to take an i5 7500 now. Will use a RX 480/570 temporarily and then get a GTX 1070 equivalent Vega card next year. How long would you say I can get a 60FPS gameplay at 1080P with this i5?
I'm considering getting an i7 and postponing my Vega upgrade plan a bit for the sake of a stable framerate. i5s are constantly at 100% in modern titles. Definitely not a good sign at all. No Ryzen because it's overpriced here and I already have a Sky/Kaby board

Depends on the games. The i5 is already not enough for steady 60+fps in a handful of the most CPU-intensive ones currently available. If the R5-1600 is 'overpriced', then you could try waiting for prices to level out if you can stretch your existing system that much longer.

R5 isn't even available yet. R7 is and it's grossly overpriced
