It is more than enough. All any computer needs to stay cool is a front intake, top exhaust, and rear exhaust. Anything else in not necessary.

Unless you have a crazy GPU setup, you cannot overclock on that board so your build will not even get hot. A front intake and a rear exhaust will be more than enough for your computer.

i was going to get a gtx 760 and an i5 3570k. and i wasn't looking to overclock. (as i never have before)

Your motherboard cannot overclock so don't wast money on that CPU. Get an i5 3470 or 3570.

The 760 will be great.

The only needing a front intake and rear exhaust stands as those components will not get very hot at all.
