How many amps is on this PSU?

In modern PSUs, the 12V rails power everything that uses a lot of power, so that's the most important thing. You seem to have two 12V rails, cabable of operating at 12A and 16A. Since this is a poor quality PSU, I'd say you won't get more than 25A (absolute maximum) combined.

What exactly do you want to use the PSU for? I can tell you if it will suffice.

it will be providing total of:
Va+Vb=Total Amps
12A+16A=28A@12V rail according to the specs.

I asked on here before about running a GTX 750 on this, since it will only take another 23 watts when replacing my current GPU, and GTX 750 requires atleast 18 amps.

You should be fine with the GTX 750 because the card is designed to run on low-end PSUs.
