How many fans do i need

I have one 140mm front case intake fan and one 120mm rear exhaust fan, is this enough to cool my pc, my case is a corsair 300r .. other specs- gtx 760 twin frozr, i5 4670 (not the k version) 620w seasonic psu. Stock cpu cooler i wont be doing any overclocking. Also if i need more fans how many and how will i set them up??. Thanks

Depends on your room temp. 2 fans are usually good enough (front-back mounted). If you still want to keep it cool insert 2 120mm on the side pannel for GPU air cooling

Should be ok, although replacing the stock cpu cooler is normally a good choice.
Something like the Cooler Master 212 EVO for about £20 is a good investment.
