Okay so I got a total of 4 fans that I want to use. 2 of them are coolermaster's @ 0.5A each (from water cooling Seidon 120V V3 Plus) and I got 2 more fans from my case that I don't know how many Amber each is but here's the case: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/masterbox-mb500/
My motherboard is this: Gigabyte GA-H97M-HD3 mATX - 1150 (yes, microATX) - link: https://www.quietpc.com/ga-h97m-hd3
It only has 2 fan headers. 1 CPU and 1 system.
Question 1: How many Amber does each fan header support max from this motherboard ?
Question 2: Which is the best way to connect/power a total of 4 fans (using the water cooling i mentioned earlier) ? For example, should i use fan splitters, and If I do which ones exactly. Or powering fans through my PSU if possible and in that case what adapters/wires do I need to buy.

Thanks in advance!
