The performance will be bad, even two of those GPUs will struggle with running games in 4k if you want to have ultra settings.
In BF4, you need a 2-way SLI setup with the GTX 780Ti to get 40fps, and that's with the AA not maxed out: http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/gtx-780-ti-sli-geforce-review,23.html

I have a very similarly build system (also a 4930k, also a 4K display, but with a slightly lesser video card) and I can crank out 65 fps on WatchDogs.

Watchdogs already uses 2-3gb vram @1080p
You'll have to turn down some settings to get above 60fps

watchdogs must very much favour Nvidiam because with a 4GB R9-290 I rarely reach 60fps on 3k (3 x 1050) (and it uses all 4GB Vram). It really performs poorly considering the last gen graphics. CPU usage is low.

BF4 however runs easily, using only 60-70% GPU. So I expect a 780ti would be ok for 4K. It only utilises about 40-50% of the CPU too, so 6core I7 would be overkill.

ps, no PC can run without a cooler LOL!. Not sure what you were saying there.

You will want at least two 780 ti's for flawless 4k gaming. You can however save a bunch of money going with an I7 4790k and a motherboard in the 150$ range. Also you won't really need a h100I if you don't plan on high overclocking. So I would say save that money there, towards it to a strong 1000W+ PSU and two 780ti's or a r9 295x.
