How many GHZ can this CPU cooler get me up to?

I know its about the CPU but say my i5 4670k ( didnt build the PC yet) Can go up to 4.5Ghz...

be able to get me up to 4.5ghz or will it over heat? FOR 50 DOLLARS any other BETTER cpu cooler that isnt too big and that will get my up to 4.5 IF THIS DOESNT, amazon links please.

Liquid cooling is fine. Im sure you're gonna say get the H60 but i have to save up like 14 dollars extra for dat ;3

I have a fractal design define R4....i have TONS of space i just dont want a HUGE cooler....any options Liquid cooling is even better!

Is there a big diff from the H60? Could i get to 4.5gh with that?

I'd say easily (although that really depends on whether you got lucky with the silicon lottery), hell I can get 4.2 (albeit on a 3570k) easily without any other tweaks to anything simply on a CM Hyper 212 Evo.

What about a Zalman LQ310 or Antec's Kuhler 650?

Well i want an h100i....heres the story in a short way. Im picky. I want an H100i. I have 333$ BUT I CANT use all of it cause i got to save for shipping cause shipping to UAE is expensive..AMAZON only. I am getting a S2440l dell monitor for 200$ . If i want, i could get a 150$ monitor 1080p and get an SSD or H100i...First of all, should i stick with the 200$ monitor? If not, which should i get? H100i or SSD? (120GB EVO)

hard to say, i would rather goo with better monitor and upgrade cpu cooler next month or later, in terms of upgrading ssd or going for h100i- ssd will give a huge boost in general performance, file transefer,boot times, load times so on, while the cooler will allow you to oc your cpu pretty far giving a biger performance imrpovement in everything that cpu bound

yeah...i could get an SSD and an H100i and SP120fans and a gaming mouse..ALL OF THAT and ill stick with my acer x223w for a few months. Dumb idea?

well if would get a worse cooler now you would be stuck with it, or if you would get a worse monitor and better cooler the same situation(or upgrading again and waisting money)
