if your mobo has an 8pin cpu power socket , you should plug both 4+4 pin cpu power cable. if your psu has only a 4pin cpu power cable i would recommend to buy a better psu. you are running an 95w i7 afterall.
what if my mobo only has 4pin power socket, will it be enough? My psu has 4+4
you wont have a problem , i wanted to point out that the whichever the power socket is, it should be fully occupied.

absolutely no need for a new psu unless your extreme oc'n with multi card setup.
the 4 pin atx provides enough extra power to the motherboard to handle 1-2 cards.
so if you only have a 4 pin atx psu but an 8 pin atx motherboard just plug it in and it will work.
