I want to buy a SSD and download my OS on there. Will I be able to install it or can you only install it once? I only installed it to the hard drive I have now.
You'll need to load the disc with either a disc drive or USB (set in the BIOS to boot from it) and from there clean wipe Windows and then reinstall. Don't forget to backup data.

Do you know if this would this work? I've been searching it up all night. You explained everything good but I dont know how to do any of that...
"If you still have the product key, just install on the new desktop and activate that then format the laptop (once you activate on a new machine the old activation becomes invalid; if you try to use both you can cause a problem). You may need to use the telephone activation system when you transfer the license this way but if it's a good (legally purchased) key they should re-activate it for the desktop.
When you call Telephone activation you first get a machine, which will ask you to enter a long strong of digits. Once it's processed that string it will give you a long string of digits to type back into a set of boxes to activate. Just be patient with it and speak clearly so the machine will understand."
I made a search through Newegg Amazon.com/.co.uk, and eBay.com.
Seems all version on sale are OEM now.
You can find some retailer version on eBay european sites for no less than $120 and risking to be cheated, or buy another OEM for only €42+ deliver on Ankermann.com, that's what I am doing myself.
