I'm not sure you quite understand how power supplies work. Input voltage would normally be 110/220 AC and output would normally be 5V or 12V DC.... Wattage is a measure of power that is Volts * Ampheres. If you were to run a 110Watt lightbulb, it would draw 1 amp of power. All power supplies are consistent with their voltages so when you see a watt rating on a power supply, you are really talking about the current it can handle.
